BE-3870 N. tentaculata – selected clone
Named for its characteristic bristles on the upper surface of the pitcher lids, this elegant species is one of the most diminutive. It’s unusual for a highland Nepenthes species, in that it’s usually found growing in shaded areas on the forest floor.
This is not an easy species to grow well, but rewarding if conditions are right. This particular clone was selected over decades from amongst many, for its relative ease of growth.
